HB598-Surface Thermometers

• Specifically designed to be used on horizontal or ferrous non-horizontal surfaces
• Two alnico magnets that act as the thermometer's base and hold it in place on ferrous surfaces
• Bimetallic sensor is a specially processed alloy that is preconditioned and pretested for permanent calibration and maximum stability
• Sensor is located in a draft shield and is in virtual thermal contact with the surface to be measured
• Sensing equilibrium (stability) is reached within three minutes and is accurate to ±2% of full scale
