Delivery Charges
Many items are free delivery over 300$ minimum order, however accurate Delivery charges will be given at checkout. Items at 0$ are Discontinued and intent with marking for discontinued in our system. they are not FREE.
In some situation when an item is oversized or heavy, customer service will contact you for an updated shipping charge difference. You may decide to proceed by paying the difference or cancel at that point your order.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm for business addresses, 7am to 9pm for residential. We cannot specify the exact time of delivery.
Some items will take longer to be delivered. please contact us for having a more accurate delivery information.
In the event of a holiday, deliveries may be delayed. We observe many federal and provincial holidays across Canada. If you are in an area that is observing a holiday and are unsure of your delivery date, please contact us.
Delivery Coverage?
We deliver to addresses within Canada only. Only Canadian phone number can added to the order, otherwise this may result in the order being cancelled.
Delivery is contactless
Courrier Company will do their best to leave the order in a safe area near your residence door. If you require a signature, please let us know.
If you wish for the order to be left in a specific area outside your residence, you can use our driver release form: Print, fill out, and post the form at your door.
P.O. Boxes can be used for the delivery address. however no claim can be made in case of lost shipment or shipment not received, we highly recommend to provide a civic address.
We don’t deliver to certain remote locations. If we are unable to ship your order to a remote location, you will be notified by email.
Pickup Policy
If you have selected the Pickup Option, you will receive a notification when your order will be ready for pikcup. Do not come to store if you have not received the notification. Please bring a Piece of ID along. The information on the ID should match with the information that is on the order, otherwise order will not be released. A photocopy of the ID will be taken as proof.
