AH050-LeakSeal® Roof and Foundation Coating

• A non-fibered asphalt emulsion that can be either spray or roller applied as a high quality primer and thin base coat for use after curing with Rust-Oleum® LeakSeal® roof coatings, or as a damp proofer on vertical surfaces to protect against moisture penetration in roofing or building applications
• Used to fill pores and protect against moisture penetration when sprayed or rolled-on
• Damp proofer
